- PASS is an independent protocol project. References to third-party networks, protocols, companies or products on this site are architectural context and examples. They do not imply affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship of, or any commercial relationship with the parties named. In particular, PASS is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Robinhood.
- Technical material
- The architecture, primitives, interfaces, reason codes and examples described on this site and in the documentation are informational descriptions of a protocol design and specification. Code samples are conceptual interface definitions written to communicate the integration model. They are not an offer of software, a warranty of fitness, or a representation that any particular implementation exists in any particular environment.
- Illustrative figures
- Addresses, credential types, mandate values, transaction amounts and decisions shown across this site are illustrations used to explain the model. They do not represent real accounts, real credentials, real transactions or any measurement of activity. No statistic on this site describes usage, adoption or value of any kind, because none is claimed.
- No investment advice
- Nothing on this site constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, an inducement to transact, an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, token or other instrument. Descriptions of financial permissions and constraints are descriptions of a technical mechanism, not recommendations about how capital should be deployed.
- Risk
- A permission layer narrows a specific class of authorization risk. It does not remove market risk, counterparty risk, smart contract risk, oracle risk, or risk arising from a mandate that was deliberately written more broadly than it should have been. The security model page describes these limits in detail, and it is the accurate account of what the architecture does and does not address.
- Regulatory status
- Eligibility credentials described on this site are a technical mechanism for expressing whether a condition has been attested by an issuer. They are not a regulatory determination, are not a know-your-customer or anti-money-laundering programme, and do not establish compliance with any legal or regulatory obligation in any jurisdiction.
